I haven't tried any other simulators but Aspen And Hysys are belived to be top notch.Īltough simulation software is heavily protected, cracked copy of Aspen Engineering suite 2006 is available on the net, so you can download it. I have experience with Aspen Plus, Hysys and Chemcad. Have large built in libraries of BIP parameters, diversity of property packages, regression and estimation tools you name it. They are very good with liquids and gases. Both of these process simulators are owned by Aspentech. I would recommend usign Aspen Plus or Hysys, I'm equally good with both of them, but would actually prefer Aspen Plus. Like Hysis, ProII please help from where i have to start, I want to learn atleast one of simulation software. & in Designing ,Heat exchanger designing, ASME codes And TEMA codes pressure vessel designing.īut Have not have experience of using simulation software.
